The List tab under Meetings shows every meeting of the event, one per row, newest start time first. Meetings are part of the Meet & AI plan. Open meeting list in the Meetings tab of a participant’s detail sheet opens this list searched for that person.

Cards and filters

The cards count the whole event, and selecting one sets the status filter. Without any meetings the list reads No meetings yet. When filters leave nothing, it reads No meetings match the filters with a Clear filters button.

Columns

Statuses are explained in How meetings work.

Edit meeting

Edit meeting is offered for Confirmed meetings. The dialog has three fields. Save changes turns on once the time or location differs from the meeting. The new time is checked against both participants’ meeting limits and other meetings, not against their availability or the minimum notice. Over a limit, the dialog asks The new time exceeds a participant’s meeting limit. Save anyway?, and Save anyway confirms. On a published event, both participants are notified of the change.

Cancel meeting

Cancel meeting is offered for Pending and Confirmed meetings, including meetings the participants booked between themselves. Cancel this meeting? has a Reason (optional) field of up to 500 characters; on a published event the reason goes into the cancellation email to both participants as written. Keep meeting closes the dialog. A canceled meeting frees its location and can’t be restored.

Export

Export downloads the list as CSV or Excel. While a filter or search is active, the menu offers the current view, and the file holds only the rows you see. Each row carries the time, location, source (participant request or host assignment), status, and both participants’ name, company, title, participant type, and email, with column names in the event’s default language.

Batch mode

While batch mode is on, the list shows Batch mode is on. Requests and confirmations are paused. with an Open schedule link, and Edit meeting is disabled. Cancel meeting stays available. See Schedule and direct assignment.

After the event page ends

The event end leaves this tab as it is. After the page end, Edit meeting disappears from the row menu, and the Schedule tab shows the reason: The event page has ended, so meetings can’t be added or moved. Cancel meeting and export stay available.

Troubleshooting

Only Confirmed meetings can be edited, and only while the event page is open. A Pending request can be canceled but not edited. During batch mode the item is disabled.
Choose a time or location that differs from the current one. If the date reads No meeting slots on this date, add meeting hours for it in Meeting rules or choose another date.
One of the participants has another meeting at the new time, or a pending request when Count pending requests is on. Choose another slot, or search for the participant to see their meetings.
