Next invoice
A participant counts in a period if they were approved and had entered at any point during it. The first 30 per period are free, and the plan rate applies from the 31st. The number can differ from Entered on the overview, which counts participants entered as of now. Rates are on the pricing page. The block goes away once the last period is invoiced.
Billing periods
- The first period starts when the event is first published.
- A period ends at 0:00 in the event time zone, one month after the publish date, then two months, and so on.
- The last period ends at the page end, so it can be shorter than a month. On Meet & AI the page stays open until the last meeting hours end; see Event lifecycle.
- Unpublishing doesn’t end a period. Billing continues until the page end.
- A change that moves the page end past a period boundary, such as extending meeting hours, warns before saving that entered participants are billed for another month.
Billing history
Each ended period is a row, newest first.
The status and Pay columns appear only when a row needs them. A period with an amount of 0 has no status and no Pay link.
Paying an invoice
Pay appears on Failed, Action required, and Unpaid rows when the invoice has a payment link. It opens the invoice in a new tab, where you pay by card. Every member sees the link, because payment emails go only to the admin who last saved the card. Change payment method appears next to the Billing history heading for admins while such a row exists. It opens the organization Settings, where Change saves a new card, and unpaid invoices are charged to the new card right away. The card on file is shown next to the heading with its expiry, in red once expired. See Add a payment method. On the overview
While a period is Failed, Action required, or Unpaid, Needs attention on the event overview shows how many payments are due, and Review opens this page.Troubleshooting
