The Meetings tab lists every meeting request and confirmed meeting you have in this event, whether you sent it, received it, or the host arranged it. The badge on the tab counts requests waiting for your reply. All times follow the event’s time zone, shown as the offset next to the title.
The Meetings and My schedule tabs appear in events on the Meet & AI plan. Chat plan events have Home, Participants, and Messages.

Find the request

The segments at the top filter the list, each with a count.
  • All: requests waiting for you, then confirmed meetings, then your own requests marked Awaiting reply. Past meetings are collapsed at the bottom.
  • Needs reply: requests waiting for you, soonest deadline first, including your own requests that the other participant answered with a new time.
  • Upcoming: confirmed meetings in time order.
  • Past: completed, expired, declined, and canceled meetings.
Each card shows the other participant, a status chip, the date and time, and the location. When a meeting on the event dates has no assigned location, the event venue is shown instead. Select the name for the details, including the request message and the participant’s profile.

Reply to a request

A received request shows how long you have to reply, down to Expiring soon in the last hour. The host sets the period, and a request also expires once its meeting time arrives. Unanswered requests move to Past as Expired.
  • Accept confirms the meeting right away. Meeting confirmed appears, and both of you receive an email.
  • Reschedule opens Propose a new time with the same time picker as a new request. Choose a time and select Propose time. The request stays pending at the new time, and the turn passes to the other participant.
  • Decline asks Decline this request? and offers a Reason (optional) field. The other participant is notified by email.

Follow your own requests

Requests you sent carry Awaiting reply until the other participant acts. Withdraw removes a pending request after you confirm Withdraw this request? The other participant can then no longer respond to it.When the other participant proposes a different time, the chip changes to New time proposed and the card shows that time. Select Accept, Reschedule to propose another time, or Withdraw.
4

Cancel a confirmed meeting

A meeting marked Confirmed has a Cancel meeting button until its end time. In Cancel this meeting?, Reason (optional) can stay empty. Select Cancel meeting to confirm or Keep meeting to go back. The other participant is notified by email, and the meeting moves to Past as Canceled.Meetings marked Arranged by host can be changed only by the host. Contact the host about changes.
5

Open a request from an email

The link in a request email opens that request’s card. Reminder emails also carry accept and decline links that open Accept this meeting? or Decline this request? for that card. Nothing happens until you confirm. If the request was already handled or has expired, the card opens in its current state.

When requests close

New requests and time proposals close when the event’s meeting request period ends. If that is later than the event itself, the event home shows the closing time. Accepting, declining, withdrawing, and canceling stay open afterwards, and every meeting remains visible in Meetings and My schedule.

Troubleshooting

The line The host is arranging meetings under the title means the host is editing the schedule. Decline, Withdraw, and Cancel meeting keep working. Try again once the line disappears.
This request has already been resolved. appears when the other participant acted first or the request expired while you had the page open. The list reloads with the current state.
No meeting location is assigned, and the meeting is outside the event dates or the event has no venue. Ask the host where to meet, or arrange it with the other participant in Messages.
