# My schedule

> What the My schedule tab shows for your confirmed meetings, what the calendar file contains, and where your next meeting appears on the event home.

**My schedule** lists your confirmed meetings in this event by day, in the event's time zone. Requests that are still waiting for a reply are in [Meetings](/participant/meetings). It appears next to the **Meetings** tab in events on the Meet & AI plan.

## What's on the page

| Element | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Date sections | One section per day with a meeting, in the event's time zone. The current day is labeled **Today**. |
| Row | Start and end times on the left, then the other participant's name, company, and job title. Meetings that have ended, or are no longer confirmed, appear dimmed. |
| Status chip | The same chip as in **Meetings**, for example **Confirmed**, **Arranged by host**, or **Completed**. |
| Next-meeting chip | Only your next meeting carries it: **In progress** while it's happening, a countdown in minutes during the last hour before it starts, otherwise **Next**. |
| Location | The assigned meeting location. When none is assigned, the event venue for meetings on the event dates. Meetings outside the event dates have no location line until one is assigned. |
| **Availability** | Opens your [availability](/participant/availability). The link disappears once meeting requests close. |
| **Add to calendar** | Appears as soon as you have a confirmed meeting. See the next section. |
| Empty state | **No confirmed meetings** with a **Browse participants** button. |

Select a row to open the same detail sheet as in **Meetings**.

## The calendar file

**Add to calendar** downloads a file that your calendar app can import. It contains one entry per confirmed meeting at the time of the download.

| Field | Content |
| - | - |
| Title | The other participant's name and the event name |
| Time | The meeting's start and end. Your calendar app displays them in its own time zone. |
| Location | The same location as on the page |
| Notes | The other participant's company and job title |

The file is a snapshot. Download it again after a meeting is added, moved, or canceled.

## Your next meeting elsewhere

The event home shows a **My schedule** card for your next meeting with the caption **Next meeting**, **In progress**, or the minutes until it starts, plus **Message** and **View my schedule** buttons. On wide screens, the same card appears in the right rail on **Home**, **Meetings**, and **Messages**. On phones, a bar above the tabs in **My schedule** shows **Next meeting** with **Open details**.

<Accordion title="A meeting is missing from the schedule">
Only confirmed meetings are listed. Requests still waiting for a reply are
under **Needs reply** or **Awaiting reply** in **Meetings**.

<Accordion title="The times differ from my calendar app">
The page uses the event's time zone, shown as the offset next to the title.
Your calendar app converts the imported entries to its own time zone, so
both point to the same moment.
