# Reports

> How Reports computes each meeting figure, plus meetings by day and by status, page views by day, and the five participants with the most meetings.

**Reports** summarizes meetings and page views for one event. Figures reflect the current state of every meeting, and dates follow the event time zone. On a Chat event the page shows **Page views by day**. On a Meet & AI event the meeting figures appear once the first meeting request exists; until then the page reads **No meetings yet** under the page views.

## Figures

| Figure | How it is computed |
| - | - |
| **Acceptance rate** | Confirmed meetings divided by every meeting request made so far: confirmed, pending, expired, declined, and canceled. Pending requests are in the denominator, so the rate rises as they are accepted. Shown as a whole percent with both numbers underneath. |
| **Confirmed meetings** | Meetings with a confirmed status, including ones already held. |
| **Participants with meetings** | Approved participants with at least one confirmed meeting, shown against the number of approved participants. |
| **Average meetings per participant** | Confirmed meetings times two, divided by participants with meetings, to one decimal. A meeting counts once for each of its two participants. |

## Charts and lists

| Section | What it shows |

| **Confirmed meetings by day** | Confirmed meetings grouped by the day the meeting takes place, across every day meetings can be held, with empty days at zero. Hidden while there is nothing to show. |
| **Requests by status** | A pie of **Confirmed**, **Pending**, **Expired**, **Declined**, and **Canceled** requests with counts. Statuses at zero are left out. |
| **Page views by day** | Daily unique visitors to the event page before sign-in, from the first visit to today. Always shown, with **No page views yet** before the first visit. |
| **Most meetings** | The five approved participants with the most confirmed meetings: rank, name, participant type, count, and a bar relative to the top. A participant or type removed since is marked **· Deleted**. Hidden while there is nothing to show. |

## Troubleshooting

    **Requests by status** for the **Pending** share; the rate rises as they are
    accepted and falls as they expire or are declined.
