While the event is a draft, it holds the **Getting started** checklist from [Publish your first event](/host/quickstart); after publishing it becomes the dashboard described here. Anything counted for today follows the event time zone, not your browser's. ## Event page link | Element | What it does | | - | - | | Address | Opens the event page in a new tab. **Copy** puts the link on the clipboard and confirms with **Copied**. | | Plan | Names the current plan. A Chat event also shows **Upgrade to Meet & AI**; see [Plans](/host/concepts/plans). | | Page end | Meet & AI events only. The time the event page closes, which is the later of the event end and the end of the last meeting hours; see [Event lifecycle](/host/concepts/event-lifecycle). | ## Needs attention Rows appear only while there is something to do, always in this order. The card itself disappears when every row is clear and no setup step is left. | Row | What it counts | Button and destination | | - | - | - | | Payments due | Billing periods that are unpaid or whose payment failed or needs authentication | **Review** opens [Billing](/host/billing) | | Registrations pending approval, with the time approvals close underneath (the event end) | Public-link registrations waiting for your decision. The row disappears once the event ends | **Review** opens the roster filtered to **Pending approval**; see [Approve registrations](/host/participants/approval) | | Profiles needing correction | Participants with a required field empty or an answer outside its options | **Review** opens the roster filtered to **Needs correction**; see [Roster](/host/participants/roster) | | Meetings without a location | Confirmed meetings that haven't ended and have no meeting location. Meet & AI only | **Assign** opens the [Meeting list](/host/meetings/list) filtered to those meetings | | Setup steps left | Unfinished steps of **Getting started** | **Continue** opens the first open step | ## Key numbers Meet & AI events show four cards; Chat events show three, without **Confirmed meetings**. | Card | What it counts | Footer link | | - | - | - | | **Registered** | Approved participants: **Entered**, **Invited**, and **Not invited** together. A marker shows how many were approved today. | **View list** | | **Entered** | Approved participants who have signed in to the event page, shown against the registered total with a progress bar. | The number of invited participants who haven't entered yet, or **View list** | | **Confirmed meetings** | Meetings with a confirmed status, including ones already held. A marker shows how many were confirmed today. | The number of meetings starting today, opening **Schedule**, or **Open meeting list** | | **Page views** | The sum of daily unique visitors to the event page before sign-in. Each visitor counts once per day. A sparkline appears once there are two days of data. | **Reports** | ## Recent activity The last five actions members of your organization took in the console, newest first. It records creating, publishing, and unpublishing the event; saving event settings, meeting rules, and meeting hours; adding, editing, or removing participant types, profile fields, and meeting locations; changing participant type rules and meeting limits; imports, with a failed count when rows failed; invitation batches; and creating, editing, deleting, and sending announcements. Repeated edits of the same kind by the same person within five minutes show as one row. Each row links to the related screen, and the card reads **No activity yet** before the first action. ## Meetings by hour When meetings start today on a Meet & AI event, **Meetings by hour** stacks **Confirmed** and **Pending** meetings per hour. ## Troubleshooting The roster also lists **Pending approval**, **Rejected**, and **Declined** people. **Registered** counts approved participants only.
